While themes would normally lead the way in terms of importance, until modularity is taken care of and works in a secure, reliable and user-friendly manner supporting at least the several main module types, all configurable conveniently over a web interface, the themes have no reasonable basis for being worked on. Without the functionality, the themes won't make this product attractive enough.
